开头那个夸张的律师特别搞笑，整体很平淡，芭芭拉的造型很美，不过男主对女主爱得好突然，总觉得缺乏信服力。（话说原来那么早以前美国人就已经知道中国人吃狗肉的事情了……）

Preston Sturges写的这个圣诞暖心故事还行，开场的庭审戏太搞了，辩方律师简直就是个戏精，Missy饰演的小偷从小缺爱，也没被家庭正确关爱和对待，所以逻辑上来说通过爱来感化好像是那么回事，于是接下来顺理成章的变成了一部公路加圣诞浪漫爱情片，又有亲情又有爱情，男女主的爱情戏挺cliché，而结尾没走大团圆路线也算是坚守了底线吧，最后不得不说Missy是真的美。
